Today, Minister of Labor and Welfare Arsen Torosyan, accompanied by Gavar Community Head Gurgen Martirosyan and Armen Hovhannisyan, Acting Director of the “Otevan” State Non-Commercial Organization (SNCO), visited the former orphanage building in Gavar, which is planned to be converted into social housing in the near future.

The discussions focused on opportunities for cooperation with the community. The importance of landscaping and improving the garden adjacent to the former care institution, as well as ensuring the effective use of the surrounding area, was also emphasized.
