Changes have been introduced to the process of issuing Housing Purchase Certificates (HPCs) to graduates of orphanages in the Republic of Armenia.

The changes include the following:

• Housing support eligibility has been clarified for graduates and former residents of orphanages who became eligible to receive a Housing Purchase Certificate but have not yet completed the required procedures or applied for a certificate after the established deadline.
• The amount of state support provided under the Housing Purchase Certificate program has been increased from 6.3 million AMD to 8.7 million AMD.

Please note that the deadline for submitting applications to receive a Housing Purchase Certificate is December 15, 2026, while the certificates remain valid until July 1, 2027.
