The Ministry Provides Day Care Services for Children Based on Their Assessed Individual Needs

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs provides day care services for children based on their assessed individual needs.

Six child and family support centers operating under the Ministry, serving 600 children, and 15 non-governmental organizations providing services commissioned by the state through grants, operating 35-day care centers, provide approximately 4,000 children in difficult life circumstances with socio-psychological, social rehabilitation, legal, and other needs-based services.

The services support the development of the physical and intellectual abilities and essential life skills of children aged 2 to 18 who are in difficult life circumstances.

These services are provided both in Yerevan and in various regions of the Republic of Armenia. The list of organizations is published on the Ministry’s official website at.
