To mark the beginning of the new academic year, Minister of Labor and Welfare Arsen Torosyan visited the children's home of Yerevan, operating under the Ministry’s supervision and accompanied three children from the institution who were starting first grade to Armenak Armenakyan Basic School No. 26. Minister Torosyan also attended this school from 1988 to 1998.

On the Day of Knowledge and Schooling, the Minister congratulated all schoolchildren and wished them an academic year filled with new knowledge, achievements and success. He emphasized that every child should have equal opportunities to receive an education, develop, and fully realize their potential.

According to Minister Arsen Torosyan, the knowledge acquired during education is one of the most important foundations for choosing a future profession, securing decent work, and achieving a life of well-being.
