With the support of the Council of Europe’s “Strengthening Social Human Rights in Armenia” project, which forms part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia 2023–2026, the Ministry of Labor and Welfare invites media representatives to participate in an off-site seminar and discussion to be held on September 12–13.

During the event, Minister of Labor and Welfare Arsen Torosyan, Deputy Ministers, Council of Europe partners, and representatives of the Unified Social Service will present ongoing reforms, programs and upcoming initiatives in the sector and answer participant’s questions.

The purpose of the event is to discuss key sectoral issues with media representatives, present ongoing activities and reforms, and provide an opportunity for professional discussion and exchange of experience.

The discussions held during the event itself will not be open to media coverage. However, following the discussions, the Ministry will be available to facilitate interviews and publications on the topics addressed.

The organizers will cover the expenses related to the event, including transportation and hotel accommodation.
